PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through GCash, Maya and BDO bank deposit.

Please give us 24-48 hours to process your payments upon ordering. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Before we ship, we make sure that items are in perfect condition. An exchange of item is only allowed for exchanges for the following reasons:
  • Exchange in size
  • Overlooked damage during production

Please note that items to be exchanged must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must also be returned on good condition, with tags and packaging fully intact.

We do not allow refunds or return of items; we can only exchange them for another item of equal or higher value. For exchange of items with higher value, customer must first complete the remaining balance to process the exchange.

Please email us at alaalaph.studio@gmail.com within three (3) days from purchase with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE and specify reason for exchange. Customers are responsible for return costs and succeeding shipment costs.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping Policy

Orders will be delivered from Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Metro Manila Items 1-5 business days
  • Outside Metro Manila- 5-7 business days or more depending on location and is subject to change
  • Pickup Items 1-3 business days. Exact pickup location will be provided after payment has been made. 

Make sure that you have indicated a proper location for our third-party couriers to smoothly deliver your packages. Please note that packages are delivered through third party couriers and may sometimes have delays or unexpected issues that may affect processing or shipping your packages. We will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or additional charges when items are already picked up from our studio to your indicated location.
